DESCRIPTION:Join us for four days of focused and fun workshops centere
 d on music-making with the Native American Flute. This weekend is desi
 gned for players of any amount of experience who want to raise their p
 laying and enjoyment of the instrument to a new level.\n\nWe meet in P
 hoenixville, PA on Thursday evening Oct 15, 2009 for the opening sessi
 on. We continue with workshops throughout the day on Friday and Saturd
 ay. On Saturday evening there is a group jam session that is open to f
 riends and family to join us in making music. The closing session is o
 n the morning of Sunday Oct 18th and concludes at Noon.\n\nSessions fo
 cus on playing technique, improvisation styles, jamming with other mus
 icians (flute as well as guitar, piano, etc), adding your voice to you
 r music, incorporating rhythm, and song forms. You will come away with
  the ability to play with confidence and an understanding of rhythms, 
 tones and improvisation.\n\nIn addition, there is an optional Facilita
 tor Training Track that begins on October 13, two days before the main
  program, that provides training for flute circle organizers and facil
